The Future Is Now.
The future is today, the reality is that this world is ever growing bigger, and looking ahead, is not always the best answer. Sometimes what you should do is take the time to look back on life, and what it’s brought you. Other times you should just live in the now.
A predetermined mental disposition turned towards the effects of the now upon your future could simply lead to an unending need to fulfill plans, plans which can not always be fulfilled, or even accomplished.
The more realistic approach to living life is to live in the present, the reality of the entire disposition of living in the past, or future, is that it has no true bearing upon your life.
Those who would seek to dwell upon the past, may indeed become lost there, and those who would seek out the future, may find themselves stuck in the present. Perhaps they may find themselves in a rut they cannot climb out of even.
If you are neither of these then you are the type of person who lives in “the now”. The present, and always takes things one step at a time. This is a very carefree, and simple life. Living in the present, is not very conducive of stress, fatigue, or other health concerns.
These concerns are primarily caused by the product of dwelling on that which you regret, or even on stressing over what the future may hold for you. Yes indeed, the most healthy way to live is in the present.
Remaining in the present can have higher social aspirations for you and your friends as well. You see, if you keep track of whats going on in the world today, you may begin to notice social trends and other marketing type patterns.
These very patterns may be present in your everyday life, yet unnoticed, because you are too busy dwelling on your past, or future. These patterns could change your very way of life, by making you capable of greater things in your life time.
With this knowledge you may even find that the reality is that your disposition, is not nearly as negative as you thought, and you might just find the answers you need to have a future. If you waste your time looking to the future before the present, it becomes very easy to lose sight of what is important in the present, “the now“.
I happened across a nice article titled “How to get into the now, and the power it has” and I thought it might suit you all perfectly. Perhaps you will check it out, and if you don’t want to, that’s fine too of course. Just remember to live in the now! Good luck in all your future adventures and try to keep your focus narrowed to what is right in front of you.
